5 Life Lessons You Should Know Early In Your Life
“Slow down — don’t rush into things. Let your life unfold.”
Life is a big journey. Sometimes the journey is very easy. Other times, it feels like hell.
Whatever life shows us, we need to experience all of it. We can’t skip our future or avoid our past. The best thing is to read the best life lessons from the successful people you know.
However, if you try to put all the life lessons on earth to avoid misery in your life, you will end up with nothing. So what should we do to understand the meaning of life early?
The answer is simple. Read the 5 life lessons I am jotting down here.
- Slow things down
- Never please everyone
- Work on your health
- Your plan will fail
- You are just a part of this universe
You need to trust me. These lessons are never taught in your school.
Bonus: You get some magic formula to practice the life lessons yourself.
1. Slow things down
We try to rush everything to get things fast. Think about the day when you went for your first job interview. You wanted the job so badly that you made everything messed up.
The interview went really bad and you started to feel down. Your mind was full of thoughts like ‘I will never get a job’ or ‘I am not good enough for anything in life.’
Calm down! It’s not the end of your world. Life will start to figure out what you need to do if you give it some time.
“Life is what happens while you’re busy making other plans.” — John Lennon
So the magic formula for slowing down your life -
- Never try to experience everything at once.
- It’s Okay if you fail to get one experience now.
- You will figure out how to do it later.
- Make things easy for you.
2. Never please everyone
Trying to please everyone is a big mistake we make every day. We try to please our parents, bosses and friends. But still, there are some people who never show feel happy with your actions.
So forget about making everyone happy. Instead, try to respect and help others. It’s okay if some of them are not pleased with you. You know you tried your best.
“I don’t know the secret to success, but the secret to failure is trying to please everyone” — Bill Cosby.
The magic formula for this -
- Create a list of people who hate you for some reason in google sheets or excel.
- Put the reasons in a cell. Check whether you can solve this problem or not.
- If YES! start working on it
3. Work on your health
Improving your health is a big commitment. Do it early in your life. Trust me I failed many times to improve my health. I tried going to the gym, running outside, going for walks, and many more to become a healthy person.
I failed every time miserably. What I missed?
My diet was the problem. Since childhood, we used to eat a ton of oily and fatty foods. Guess what, this habit of eating fast foods and fried foods made the health a misery now.
It doesn’t matter how much I do exercise, I need to improve my diet first. Trust me I am trying to improve my health and you should too.
The magic formula recommended for your health -
- Always Eat clean and healthy.
- Do a 30-minute walk five days a day.
- Avoid frozen and fried foods.
4. Your plan will fail
It’s Okay if you fail to achieve some goals. You might think that your plan was bulletproof but trust me nothing can guarantee you any success.
Rather execute a plan and study what went good and bad. Keep the good while throwing out the bad part of the plan. You will be surprised to see a newer version of you not even closer to your initial plan.
It is also okay to change your life course at some point in time.
The magic formula recommended for you -
- Accept reality.
- Accept failure and try to recover as much as possible in the future.
- Those who made their dreams come true went through a lot of failures, so Accept yours.
5. You are just a part of this universe
The world is not about you. You are just a tiny part of this big universe. You perform your role and you are good to go to live a happy and stress-free life.
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall
Yes, we are just bricks in the wall. We can’t push everything to center around me. Instead, our surroundings force us to do the things we do. So focus on the outside world more often.
The magic formula recommended for you-
- Never say why this is only happening to me.
- Study how things are affecting other people around the world.
- Do good for other people like you are doing it for yourself.
Bottom Line: These life-lessons can save years of hardship
Thank you for staying till the end. We know how much you care about everything around you. It’s better you start practicing our magic formula each day in your life.
